We were upgraded to a larger room with a safe, minibar, and central heating.

The beds and pillow were extremely comfy. the very very nice staff provided all the necessary info. - Location - it was great and exceptionally nice, a train station was very close to the hotel. Also was walking distance to bars and restaurants.

the hotel's staff is outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly. it has particularly good, fantastic setting, really close to bus station at florence, city center, il duomo and other monuments, and tourist spots.
